Should you be posting questions and comments in the Forum or Wiki…?

It all depends… Ideally, it would be best if we could keep the forum here specifically for bugs, features requests and other unstable or ever changing features and functionality specific to the Laulima Form Framework, whereas the Wiki should be used to document instructions on how to use the framework, or where to download it and other stable issues.
